At your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your designated time, so that the appropriate forms and introductions are completed. Due to our high regard for your time, we endeavour to run on-time as often as possible. In this respect, we would appreciate your punctuality so that this can be continued throughout the day for other patients.

Your appointment will be exclusively reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.
